On March 13th, MOONS‘ Electric, (hereafter referred to as MOONS‘), acquired 100% of the share capital of Technosoft Motion, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of MOONS‘.

MOONS‘ has continuously worked on creating and upgrading its operating network to reach the global markets, by integrating research and development, manufacturing, marketing and customer service.

Technosoft Motion was established in 1994, with headquarters in Switzerland. With its known recognition of excellence, Technosoft Motion has pioneered the intelligent controller and drive in a single unit, as a cost-effective solution in many motion control applications, in over 75 countries.

Merging the know-how, experience and innovative strengths of the Chinese motor and drive producer, with the knowledge and experience of the Swiss intelligent drive manufacturer, in industrial applications, gives customers the benefit of a system approach from a single source, for a complete solution for their motion control application.

Both companies will continue to work closely with their existing customers, through their existing contacts, to offer them the most effective product combinations, in order to realize the benefits of the synergy gained from the merger.
