In order to be able to handle returns expediently and without any unnecessary delay, we kindly ask you to observe the following RMA (“Return Material Authorization”) procedure for your return shipments. Technosoft shall accept returns only after a RMA number is issued by Technosoft authorizing return of product

Please use our RMA number for your return shipment. Please include the delivery note number or invoice number as well as the Technosoft item number to enable us to assign your complaint correctly.

If you are experiencing an issue with any product purchased from Technosoft, we encourage you to discuss the situation with our support team. Preferably you should send an email to support@technosoftmotion.com describing your request. Our support team is trained to manage and troubleshoot a wide range of situations quickly and effectively and may identify a solution that avoids material return.

If for any reason our support team is unable to find a solution to your specific problem, you are required to complete the Return Matherial Authorization (RMA) form below. Fill out the form entirety and send it by fax to +41 32 732 5504 or by email to tssadmin@technosoftmotion.com

Once your detailed information has been submitted as required, a member of our customer support team will contact you to provide your assigned RMA number.

  • Shipments received by Technosoft without any RMA number will be refused

  • Shipment cost will be at the customer`s charge

  • The product may be declared not in warranty and/or not repairable in case we determine improper use or wrong configuration of it in the target application

  • The exchange products are offered at a special discount price
