The TML code can be exported or imported and it has a very high degree of compatibility among all Technosoft drives. A program created for one drive, for instance to perform a specific motion, can be reused on another drive such as one with a higher amperage range with little to no modifications at all. This means that the knowledge and code developed are not limited to a single product. Instead, they remain universal, allowing users to program and operate any Technosoft drive with the same expertise and without having to start over each time.
